4. Products "Coming Soon" & Beta Access

Certain products labeled as "Coming Soon" or "Beta" (e.g., AJ POS, AJ Guard) are in development. We make no guarantees regarding the release date, feature set, or performance of these products. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India.AJ Cloud Services and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Information Technology Act, 2000 is paramount to our operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.
